One operation, two entities.

ServiceGuru AI LLC, a Utah limited liability company, is the operating company. It employs the engineering, builds and runs the systems, contracts with clients, invoices them, and carries the liability that goes with all of that. A client’s agreement is with ServiceGuru AI LLC.

ICHOR is the brand those systems are delivered under, and ICHOR LLC, a Utah limited liability company, is the intellectual-property holder. Clients engage ICHOR and are held to the ICHOR standard regardless of which entity appears on the signature page.

As between ICHOR and its affiliates, background intellectual property may be held by, or allocated to, an affiliate without altering ICHOR’s role as the client’s counterparty or any of its obligations to the client.

What this website collects, which is very little.

This Notice explains how ServiceGuru AI LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“ServiceGuru,” “we,” “us”), handles personal information collected through this website (the “Site”). Where we decide how and why that information is handled, we are the controller for the purposes of applicable privacy law.

This Notice governs the Site only. Information provided by or generated for a client under an executed agreement (“engagement data”) is governed by that agreement, not by this Notice. Where a client determines the purpose and means of processing, we handle that data as the client’s processor under contract.

1 · Definitions

“Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with a particular individual or household, as defined under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (Utah Code §13-61) and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140).

2 · What the Site collects

The Site is deliberately minimal. It sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party ad networks. What we collect is limited to:

• Inquiries you send us. If you submit the inquiry form, we receive the name, email address, organization, role, and message you choose to provide, together with the referring page and your browser’s user-agent string.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs, which include IP address. We use the IP address to rate-limit the inquiry form against automated abuse, and the logs to keep the Site secure and available.

We do not ask the Site to collect sensitive personal information, financial-account details, or government identifiers, and you should not send them through an inquiry.

3 · Why we handle it

To respond to your inquiry and evaluate a possible engagement; to operate and secure the Site; and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations. Where a legal basis is required we rely on our legitimate interest in operating the Site and responding to people who contact us, on taking steps at your request before any engagement, and on compliance with law.

4 · What we do not do

We do not sell personal information, and have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the preceding twelve months, as those terms are defined under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not disclose one client’s data to another client. We do not use Site data to train models about identifiable individuals.

5 · Service providers

We use a limited set of vendors to host the Site, store inquiries, and deliver email. They act as our service providers or processors under contract, may handle Site data only to perform services for us, and are barred from selling it or using it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our systems.

6 · Retention

We keep inquiry correspondence for the period reasonably needed to evaluate and act on it and to keep ordinary business records, then delete or de-identify it. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and operational purposes.

7 · Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information under our control, including access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

8 · Your rights — Utah

If you are a Utah resident, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (Utah Code §13-61) gives you the right, subject to its conditions and exceptions, to confirm whether we process your personal data and access it; to delete personal data you provided; to obtain a portable copy of data you provided; and to opt out of the sale of personal data and of targeted advertising. As stated above, we do not sell personal data and do not conduct targeted advertising.

9 · Your rights — California

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.100 et seq.) gives you the right, subject to its conditions and exceptions, to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, purposes, and any recipients; to delete personal information; to correct inaccurate personal information; to opt out of any sale or sharing; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, there is no sale or share to opt out of.

10 · How to exercise your rights

Submit your request through the inquiry form, with enough detail for us to locate your information, and state clearly which right you are exercising. We will verify the request against the information we hold, respond within the time the applicable law allows, and will not charge you for a first, reasonable request. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits. If we decline a request we will explain why, and you may appeal by replying to our response; we will inform you of the outcome of any appeal.

11 · Children

The Site is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12 · Changes

We may update this Notice. When we do, we will change the version and effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Notice.

The terms on which this website is offered.

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of this website, operated by ServiceGuru AI LLC, a Utah limited liability company. By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

1 · What the Site is

The Site is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a solicitation of an offer, investment advice, legal advice, or a commitment to provide services. Descriptions of systems and their status are provided for general information and may change without notice. Any engagement is governed solely by a separate written agreement executed by both parties.

2 · Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including text, design, and the ICHOR™ and ServiceGuru™ marks, together with the underlying engines, models, and methods — are protected as intellectual property and, as between the parties, remain the property of ServiceGuru AI LLC and its affiliates. You may view and share the Site for ordinary business purposes. You may not scrape or bulk-extract it, redistribute it commercially, reverse engineer the systems it describes, or use it to build a competing offering.

3 · Acceptable use

Do not use the Site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to gain unauthorized access to any system, to submit malicious code, or to submit another person’s information without their authority. We rate-limit the inquiry form and may block access that appears abusive.

4 · What you send us

Do not send confidential or sensitive information through the inquiry form. An inquiry does not create a confidential relationship and is not covered by any non-disclosure agreement unless one has been executed. If you send us material without an agreement in place, we handle it in accordance with the Privacy Notice above but assume no duty of confidence with respect to it.

5 · No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6 · Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ServiceGuru AI LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7 · Third-party links

The Site may link to resources we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability, and a link is not an endorsement.

8 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

9 · Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the version and effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
